I made this edit of Jill Scott’s “Lyzel In E Flat” right around the same time as when West Coast producer/DJ Jay-J made his. I got a lot of attention because of this edit and many even mistook Jay-J’s version for mine, but ultimately his was the version that was most played on the dance floors. To this day though: I get asked a lot about this one.
