After I enrolled at Bloomfield College and started taking classes towards completing my Bachelor’s in Music Technology, I began attending “Digital Audio Engineering 1,” a course where students were given all of the musical parts to popular songs and were asked to mix them again. Later, our work was critiqued. Of the musical parts we were given, I loved mixing over again, songs like Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Goin On”, Bob Marley’s “Is this Love,” and Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
